Named for Dreamy (later named Grumpy), who is born a happy dreamer. Working hard from the very beginning, and still manages to maintain a happy disposition.

This bonding square was designed as part of the Preemie Crochet Challenge 2023. Bonding squares are made in pairs. One is worn by mom (or dad) and the other stays with baby in the NICU. About every 12 hours they are switched so the baby can have the scent of his/her mother (or father). This aids the process of bonding while the baby remains in the hospital.

Bonding squares are only about 4" square and work up fast. They are perfect for donation items to hospital NICUs or even as new baby gifts.

Yarn: Lion Brand TruBoo
Substitutions include Lion Brand NuBoo, Lion Brand CoBoo, and Hobbii Rainbow Bamboo
